Dear Tenants,

This update supersedes all prior notifications and will remain in effect until further notice.  In response to Covid-19, Mayor Eric Garcetti issued a "Safer at Home" emergency order, ordering all residents of the City of Los Angeles to stay inside their residences and limit all activities outside their homes beyond what is absolutely necessary for “essential” tasks.  The order took effect last night, Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. and is currently in place until April 19, 2020 and is subject to extension.

As it stands today, having “Essential Businesses”, in our building, the building will remain open during “Normal Building Hours” to service all “essential activities and essential businesses” pursuant to the emergency order.  Services such as electrical, water, restroom, elevator and building access will remain uninterrupted.  HVAC and suite janitorial services will be provided upon tenant’s request for service by calling (310) 300-2200 or emailing Held Properties at support@heldproperties.com.  Such requests are to be made Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, by an authorized Tenant Contact on file with building management.  Our parking structure will also remain open during Normal Building Hours.

We will keep you abreast of any new developments or changes as we learn of them.  Our management office will be locked; however, please be assured that our staff is available to assist you.  Should you need assistance please call the office of the building at (310) 300-2200 and your call will be directed to the proper staff member.
